The customer service was excellent. The operator that answered the phone knew the equipment and which bundle I needed right away. Shipping was great. Ended up being a day later than initial but that’s not their fault. The equipment worked great. Treated for months with over the counter chemicals and they were killing them but was a hassle. One treatment with the heat and they were all gone in one small little day. Works great.
