Sonny at Convectex patiently worked with me over a few weeks to agree on the best configuration for our apartment building. Very knowledgable about their equipment. . . . . and bed bugs! Once ordered, everything was delivered in 10 days. . . . . . including through customs to Canada. Highly recommended.

This is a very powerful industrial machine that does exactly what it says. I was amazed at the quality and strength…. for a room to be heated to 135 degrees for two days or 48 hours constantly or even longer. All surfaces will reach 135 degrees so be careful the carpet will burn your feet if you walk barefoot, be carful what you touch 135 degrees on all surfaces is pretty intense. Praise Jesus, the bed bugs are gone and now I can sleep in peace, there is no way they can survive when you use this machine! I tried professional company spraying chemicals with no success, but this machine did the trick!

The customer service was excellent. The operator that answered the phone knew the equipment and which bundle I needed right away. Shipping was great. Ended up being a day later than initial but that’s not their fault. The equipment worked great. Treated for months with over the counter chemicals and they were killing them but was a hassle. One treatment with the heat and they were all gone in one small little day. Works great.
