Had small issue that was handled promptly with best outcome!

The one candle was melting 🫠 and not protected enough. We are lucky it was broken. A tighter packaging for future shipments I would recommend! The one was half rolled out of the bubble wrap.

My experience with the company is a 5. The product itself...not enough time to actually say as I haven't burned the candle. Not giving a 5 due to the size of the candle. It's advertised as "large" but it's very small in my opinion based on what I know as "large" from places like Bath and Body and Yankee. For the price, yet to be determined on how long it burns and smell in conjunction with how small it is.
