Great customer service, even answered on weekend when I installed blinds and sunsa wand. Side mount did not work on my blinds, Sunsa sent me center mount adaptor with notch adaptor to better fit blinds. Works Great!

Overall very impressed with this product. We purchased two of them for our livingroom that faces west, the auto run program is great to keep the afternoon sun out of the house. These were easy to install less than 10 minutes from install to programming. Overall, these are a win!
