I use CON-CRĒT® Creatine HCl
I use CON-CRĒT® Creatine HCl Powder before high intensity lifting and let me tell you, I can literally feel my body shift into overdrive during my first set. My stomach is sensitive to regular creatine and this HCl version is absolutely perfect. No side effects whatsoever. Stick to it and do some research on the amount to take for different situations, you won’t regret it. Drink plenty of water for best results. I can always tell that it’s activating when I have an urge to pee and shortly after that is when I feel the desire to lift heavy and hard shroud me. Also, take it on your rest day/s and recover faster than ever.

Used this stuff for over
Used this stuff for over ten years on and off, always works better than monohydrate has for me. I also don’t get bloated from this as I sometimes do from the monohydrate. I do however miss the blue raspberry flavor. Would be cool to see that come back.

I had a noticeable improvement
I had a noticeable improvement in my resistance training and it is in a more convenient form. I am not a fan of shakes, so pill form is my preference!

Con=cret Creatine HCl capsules are easier on my stomach than other brands. My strength and endurance have improved significantly since using them. They are so much more effective than other creatine supplements I've tried. I'm with Con-cret to stay!
