Great service quick delivery and great back up. Being a massive upgrade for me and not too confident about using windows 11. I emailed Ben with a question about the system he replied to my email with in the hour I was very impressed with his quick response and detailed answer to my question. Contacted Ben about the Halcon gaming PC, and he was more than helpful. Ordered on Friday and asked if I could pick it up myself on Saturday. He got everything ready for me to collect by 9:30 Saturday morning. PC is a beast, runs everything like you would expect. Specs exactly as advertised. I will be a returning customer 100%
