I spent months looking for a gaming PC shop I could trust and had nearly given up when a friend pointed me to CompulsionTech. I emailed Ben and had a helpful reply almost straight away. What sold me is the transparency. Every build lists the exact brand of each part, so you know what you're paying for. Most other shops I looked at wouldn't tell you. The service is what really stood out though. I accidentally chose pickup when I ordered, and instead of making it my problem, Ben sorted it with free shipping and upgraded me to Windows 11 Pro on top. Thanks for the chocolates as well, that was a nice touch. Delivery was quick too, arriving within a day or two. It sat in its box until the rest of my setup turned up, but now that it's running I love it, and I won't need to upgrade for a long while. Honest parts, fast communication and someone who actually looks after you. If you're looking for your dream PC, this is the place to buy it.

Worked with compulsion tech to build a custom pc and Ben was amazing. Really knowledgeable about parts and was able to give me the best build for my budget. The computer was put together within a few days and I received it in about a week, looking beautiful. And inside the case is most insane cable management i've ever seen btw. Really happy with everything

Computer arrived fast and as promised, small issue with windows activation was immiedatly fixed even outside of working hours, the customer service I received throughout the whole process was the best I have ever experienced :)

Works great exactly as advertised, came quickly and works as soon as you plug it in, couldnt ask for better thanks!

All arrived fast and working great, thanks!

Service was professional, computer was delivered quickly. Works as advertised - plug and play, everything was already set up and working. Impressed that these guys offer 32 DDR5 of RAM even on lower cost models, something most other sellers don’t do. Overall, impressed with my first experience, would definitely recommend to others.

Competitive price, fast delivery, easy to setup, clean cable management + surprisingly quiet.

Ben built a PC which covered exactly what I required for my business. Easy, no hassle, great communication, and fast delivery. 10/10.

Excellent thank you. Computer is exactly what my son wanted and was easy to get set up

Shipping was quicker than I expected especially with the quality that I order. Thank you for making high end gaming possible

Best customer service 🔥❤️

I would like to congratulate Ben and his team on another brilliant Car Sim Build. Ben and his team built my first Car Sim 3 years ago that computer has never missed a beat or have I ever had a problem with it. I have a love of photography and video and now that computer is my editing system which also handles images creation and editing brilliantly. Which is amazing as I am East Coast area manager for a company and we have computer problems all the time. With new games requiring more fire power for the likes of Ray Tracing and all the other bell ands whistles they are adding to car sim games like Forza Horizon 6. The brief was simple build me a car sim for around 5 K. I want power not fancy lighting or flashing colour's. I want every cent to go into a system that is going to run any car sim game on high to ultra settings, Well Ben and Bailey delivered big time. I could get very technical on spec and everything else, but it simply delivers; now this is the good part --- my wife walked in and I had been playing FH 6 -- I took my headphones off and the first thing she said to me you have bought a new monitor as well, I said no I have not, she did not believe me. Ben has been at Computex in Taiwan some might say lucky Ben, but Ben is investing in research so his company can future gaze to make the the best gaming computers in Australasia. What I love about Compulsion Tech the most, is they listen. No silly up selling, no gimmicks and most of all no bullshit. The next computer sim I will get will be from Ben and his team again sometime in the future. They have a customer for life. Many thanks Ben, and his team for once again delivering exactly what I wanted and most of all; I know every cent invested went into power to run future games, not pretty flashing lights and gizmos. To those who are looking for return on investment look no further than Compulsion Tech!!!

would recommend them for all of your pc needs
