Great I can’t get my compression socks on without them. Since the socks go over skin with lotion on my legs. Should I wash the gloves? Again, a fine product 👍

For over a decade I have ordered support stockings for what started as just for myself, to now also ordering for my husband and daughter. I was able to find a replacement style on the website when one of my regulars was discontinued . Another time, a phone call provided the answer when I was looking for the brand and thickness that I had previously ordered. I plan to keep ordering from this company. They are excellent. Very comfortable and effective.

Good lightweight compression. It is subject to being ripped or suffering a snag more so than my thicker compression socks, but is really great for hotter days to keep me more comfortable and less itchy. In colder weather, I can wear these under thicker non-compression socks to keep my feet warm without making my shoes tight. The one thing that I don't like about them is the color of the nude tone which is too dark for my skintone and makes them stick out, but I have this problem with all stocking brands. I have had good luck with Dynaven Opaque Knee High socks.

Last month (February 2026), I ordered compression stockings but accidentally selected the wrong strength, 30–40mmHg instead of 20–30mmHg. I realized the mistake on a Sunday, so I had to wait until the next day to call customer service. When I spoke with Addie, she was helpful and processed a replacement for the correct strength, but the order was sent in the wrong color. Because I was returning to work after surgery and needed the stockings urgently, I asked if the replacement order could be expedited. I was assured that it would be. However, when I received the tracking information, it showed it would still take about five days to arrive, which was the standard shipping time. I called back and asked to speak with a manager. I waited on hold for over 20 minutes, and after the representative stayed on the line with me that entire time, I was told that no manager was available. After expressing that I intended to file a complaint and ending the call, two members of the escalation team called me back within minutes and left messages. It was very frustrating, especially after being told only one manager was available and that he was already assisting another customer. I was so upset that I just dint call back. Overall, the experience was disappointing. When you are spending close to $80 for compression stockings that I could have bought somewhere else at half the price (next time, I will), you expect a higher level of assistance and urgency.

The dual med advantage thigh highs are my favorite thigh high compression hose. I have tried others and they cut into my thighs. These also seem to be slightly easier to put on. The silicone band stays put, and my legs are comfortable all day long.

This “sheer” is Too tight, compared to the same product in “opaque”. How do I return them?

Just what the Dr ordered

This sheer version of the open tie 29-30 knee high is too tight to get on. The opaque are much easier. How do I return this? Haven’t figured that out yet
