I would like to share my feedback regarding your product. I purchased Size 1 nappies for my baby, however my experience has unfortunately not been positive. The main issue I have faced is that the nappies come undone very easily, especially when my baby is active and moving her legs. While I understand that movement can sometimes affect the fit, I have not experienced this problem with other brands, which generally provide a stronger grip and better fastening. Because of this, I am unable to use your nappies without putting shorts or clothing over them to keep them in place, yet even then leakage still occurs. This has resulted in frequent clothing changes, as the nappies often become loose and wet everything around them. I purchased this product in good faith and did not expect it to be this difficult to use or to constantly worry about leakage. This is a genuine review based on my experience, and I wanted to provide this feedback so you are aware of the issue.

1 bought 1 pack as a trial and was very happy with the feel and softness compared to other nappies on the market. 6 out of 7 nights we've had no leaks. But that one night I think was more human error in putting it on. My son is a very healthy [90 percentile] growing lad who feeds and wees a lot but was prone to nappy rash with other brands [he has sensitive skin like his mumma]. Despite constant applications of benpanthen, barrier creams or baby talc with other nappies it was getting worse. The nappy rash is now dramatically improved after a week of Comfy Koalas So im very impressed!

I rarely write reviews but really felt the need to for Comfy Koalas. I have been using these nappies since my now 2 year old was a newborn and they are incredible. So soft and absorbent. They are affordable for an eco nappy and worth the money to do our part to reduce plastic waste. I do wish there was a rewards system for loyal customers - a free wipes pack here and there would go quite far.

We have always loved comfy koala nappies, a beautiful product for our eczema baby since new born stage, but now finding the older range had better absorbency. New gen aren’t holding overnight, even with a later nappy change before bed and correct sizing my now 18 month old son is completely wet through and nappy has broken away by at least 5am.

I have used comfy koalas on my son since birth as there is eczema in the family and I wanted a safe nappy for him that wouldn’t trigger it and felt sick at the idea of putting chemical laden nappies on a newborn baby. I have found with comfy koalas he has had the least amount of blow outs compared to other nappies and when he is in the correct size he does not leak at all - even over night for a 12 hour sleep or with multiple night feeds. As he has gotten bigger I have tried Huggies, marquise, eco nappies, aldi nappies, tooshies and have found comfy koalas has worked the best for us and also he does not get nappy rash or any skin irritation from comfy koalas unlike some of the other brands mentioned and does not need to use nappy rash cream. I also have had to contact comfy koalas customer service a few times due to my son growing very quickly and needing the next size up, or forgetting to update my subscription with his new size and they have been so understanding and really quick at helping change the nappies over. Seriously very impressed with their customer service and cannot fault this brand. Bonus points is that the nappies eco friendly and are biodegradable which is something I have been conscious of considering how many nappies babies go through.

Love Comfy Koalas! We use cloth nappies during the day and Comfy Koalas at night and on holidays. They are really absorbent and we rarely get leaks at night (easily comparable with Huggies). An amazing eco nappy. After reading reviews about fit, I chose to go a size up. The only issue we have found is that with consecutive use, there is some fluff left on our little boys bits that we have to pull off. This is a little inconvenient but a minor issue in the scheme of things We love that you can vary the delivery frequency. 1 delivery every 12 weeks is perfect for us. I would happily recommend these nappies to anyone. A great eco alternative!

Outstanding customer service, my newborn grew out of the size 1s earlier then expected and an exchange size was sent back to me straightaway. Thankyou so much , quality product , no leaks and great for the environment :)

I had been using Huggies nappies on my 5 week old, but my baby was in between size prem and size 1 so I looked for alternatives. I am SO glad I did! Came across Comfy Koalas, and these nappies are so soft in comparison! The fit is great and have not had any leaks, everything is contained. I will be using these nappies from now on. I love that they are eco friendly too.

Those Nappies are fantastic! We have been using them since birth ! They're soft, absorbent, and eco-friendly. The customer service is excellent – quick, helpful responses and fast shipping. I love the nappies and wipes so much, we compost everything, but this site is awful. Get rid of the email code, the repetition of the invalid discount pop up and sort your errors out, please.

On to our second child and have used Comfy Koalas for both children from the beginning. The occasional times we have had to use a different brand out of necessity, i am reminded why we always go with Comfy Koalas. They never leak, we have NEVER had nappy rash or anything else. I am so pleased that the wipes are really great too, because it means we can just set the subscription and its one less thing to think about buying or running out of. Managing subscriptions is easy, and if you run into any trouble the customer service has always been excellent.

I’ve been using these nappies for 14 months now and I just love everything about comfy koalas. The product is great and provides a more convenient option to cloth nappies, however is still environmentally friendly. The customer service is awesome, any email I’ve sent has been responded to promptly, there was only one time my nappies didn’t arrive and they were onto it straight away. Lastly the website and subscription options are really easy to navigate so if I need to push out the next nappy box to 6 weeks because I have too many left over it’s so easy to do. I highly recommend you use these nappies and think of the future environment for your little ones 😍

We are really loving our comfy koalas! Our little ones toosh is never sore even after a full nights sleep!! I emailed to enquire about sizing back down as we are in between sizes and the response I got was so generous! Definitely makes all the "mum admin" so much more pleasant when you have genuinely nice people helping you out. 💜

We have been using Comfy Koalas since our baby was 4 weeks old and have always preferred them to the leading supermarket brand. The only time she has ever had nappy rash is from the nappies used at her daycare (supplied by them - also leading supermarket brand) and always clears up after 1 day of being back in her Comfy Koalas. I am glad they are nappies that love her bum and we feel better for using them knowing we are having less impact on the environment and supporting a family business.

Not only are these awesome, Zero hassle delivery right to your door but my review is really about the customer service. New mum here (with mum brain) I accidentally ordered the wrong size and only realised after it was delivered. :( you can understand the level of Mum disappointment & stress I felt especially since I was running low. I was just going to cop the mistake but after emailing the team about it they swiftly sent out the correct size, Updated my subscription and happily exchanged it in a mater of days. We made the switch from another Aussie eco brand to try it out (Facebook advertising got me yet again haha) and the first thing I noticed was how much softer it was. It did take a minute to get used to finding the tabs but overall, we love this product! With the amount of nappies we were going to go through, I knew before we got pregnant that I wanted the best eco option I could find. It makes me feel a lot better about frequent changing. This brand is soft, has the leak indicator still, extended tabs to a good secure fit and still no leaks yet. Thrilled is an understatement. Being owned by a small Aussie business is a hugeeee plus.

After battling poor fitting nappies with constant leakage, these have been a game changer. Not a single leak, soft but durable, great fit, and reassuring knowing we’re using an eco friendly product! I really liked the feel of these nappies and the idea. But they leak every time. Even if the nappy has only been on for 30 mins it has leaked. No other brand nappy has done this. My Bub is 4.3kg and I’m using size small 3kg-8kg. Quite disappointed because I wanted to love these nappies.
