The shoes I ordered arrived quickly in just 3 days. Unfortunately, the wide size was very tight across the top and toes. It was odd that the return process involved filling out a paper form instead of submitting online, but it was easy to drop off at UPS with the included label (that I just had to keep track of while I tried the shoes a few times to make sure they wouldn't work for me).

The correspondence on order reception, order shipped, etc is great! Delivery updates are spot on. I also like that often times, the shoes are shipped only in the shoebox with a plastic cover eliminating the need for an outer box thus better for environment.
