Shipping was fast, I had my new shoes right away. One pair I kept, then I sent a pair back and the refund has been a bit slow. Great shoes, a little pricey, but worth it for the comfort for my problem feet! 4 stars instead of 5 bc more styles need to be made in the size 12, instead of stopping at 11. I would buy many more styles if they sized up to 12. Thanks!

I have boots and two pairs of the Trinidad. They have the best support for my arches and I can wear any of them all day walking the streets of any city or town in style and comfort
