If a parts never showed up still waiting it’s been almost 4 weeks

We did not get the order yet and it’s been almost 4 weeks

I was looking for Carolina 7022 plain toe boot and Columbia had 7522 composite toe, so I purchased them instead. Very happy with them.

The gloves I odered were old and defective, Getting a refund was difficult as I had to talk to 3 different people before resolution. One of your reps hung up on me. "easy refund" tab on your home page did not work as I got "this item is not refundable."

Found a product I needed at Columbia Safety and Supply via the web. I had never heard of them before. I called and inquired about a product. Great experience! I ordered and had the product the next day. Wow....just wow! Very impressed!

The website indicated that I would receive my packages by a certain date. packages were delivered 3 days late, and after I had left for a trip where I needed the items that I orderd. When I called in to inquire why my packages had not shipped, I was told I would be overnighted the itmes for a Friday delivery, I didn't receive the package until Monday. there was no overnight shipping.

In the item I was looking for happened to be on sale and it was the best price for a new impact driver on the internet. Quick shipping and very happy with the product.

Service was good and responsive, but I was never able to receive what I ordered because of a shipping error, and lack of inventory. Can't get product at all now.

Product came as advertised and in new condition. I would order from here again for future purchases. Shipping was also fairly quick.
