Due to supply chain issues my order was in for about 4 months. I was updated monthly on the status by email. Item arrived in April, I ordered it late November. It was the correct item ordered and in good shape. The shipping box was damaged in transit but product inside was undamaged. Delivery did not ring bell. Four stars for reliably tracking this order for over a quarter, finally getting stock, and shipping with no glitches. Minus one star due to box not equal to the shipping abuse. Smaller heavier box next time? Husband loves the item, clever and useful design. Very hard to locate a reliable source, these guys did well.

The fall protection harness I ordered was out of stock. I received an email stating it would be a direct ship from the vendor and I would receive shipping info from them. That was back on the 31st and I’ve received nothing. No follow up from you either. So, where’s the harness?
