Shipping, returns, customer service are good. But the oversized T-shirts are pointless - just buy a size bigger than usual if you want a T that hangs off your shoulders.

The materials are good and also the wide choice of colors would be interesting. Too bad that the pants are not designed for most people, who do not have the legs of a giraffe! Surely, if you considered making the pants in two lengths (as other companies do, see Varley, for example), a standard one and one for tall people, I will buy several things, especially for the nice possibility of making sets by combining the items.

None of the items fit. Only the Color was great. Very disappointed, and it was really expensive to send back from Germany to the netherlands. New order won‘t be likely.

The item was a bit small

Well packaged, and delivered on time. Despite the cost of the item there is still a charge for returns though.

I now have to return the items at my own expense—even though it’s clearly a quality issue and the sizing no longer matches what used to be a reliable standard.
