Purchased a bunch of oversized hoodies but the length is dramatically short, shame because I like the colours and the comfort but the sizing guide is so off compared to other brands. Got to get larger ones to replace them. Oh and they dont offer free returns which is really annoying. Please do better and update sizing information, mediums feel like they should be smalls

Order & delivery perfect, but the return process was too complicated and you pay for it yourself. I returned a woman’s t-shirt that was much thinner than the men’s one, but still costing the same amount of money. Men’s t-shirts are really nice quality, and we‘re yet to see about durability.

Shipping, returns, customer service are good. But the oversized T-shirts are pointless - just buy a size bigger than usual if you want a T that hangs off your shoulders.
