Do not order from here unless you're sure you wont need to make a return/refund. It took me the full 5-6 weeks of their refund duration, to still not get my refund. Only when I chased them about it did they refund me. Also, their sizing is wild. No consistency.

Love the items but the quality is so poor its tragically annoying. I have two of their merino wools jerseys. The neck on the green one became floppy and ridiculous after two dozen wears. The red one - the seam just collapsed and opened up on the side. So basically add on another $50-$100 per item for various repairs. A real pity since I love these items. But after 20 wears they will start falling apart.

We are happy with the clothes, follow up and service. We will buy again.

The jumpers come up short in the arms and body by about an inch. Shame, great colours and fabric.

Apparemment de bonne qualité, à voir dans les prochaines semaines, mais le problème c’est les tailles, normalement je fais un M et heureusement j’ai pris du L , dans vos commentaires vous dites qu’il faut prendre sa taille habituelle, ce qui n’est absolument pas le cas. Du coup j’hésite à vouloir commander d’autres articles étant donné que le retour est payant.

Purchased a bunch of oversized hoodies but the length is dramatically short, shame because I like the colours and the comfort but the sizing guide is so off compared to other brands. Got to get larger ones to replace them. Oh and they dont offer free returns which is really annoying. Please do better and update sizing information, mediums feel like they should be smalls

Order & delivery perfect, but the return process was too complicated and you pay for it yourself. I returned a woman’s t-shirt that was much thinner than the men’s one, but still costing the same amount of money. Men’s t-shirts are really nice quality, and we‘re yet to see about durability.
