Here's what happened: Questionable Inventory Management: Ordered items that appeared in stock, only to face significant delays after payment. One has to wonder about the accuracy of their inventory systems in today's digital age. Endless Delays: After requesting package return (couldn't collect due to their shipping delays), it's been over 12 business days with no resolution. DHL still hasn't returned the package to them, and I still haven't received my refund. Poor Problem Management: While individual customer service reps are polite, the company lacks effective problem-solving processes. Multiple emails, multiple promises, zero results. No Accountability: They outsource shipping but refuse to take responsibility when things go wrong, leaving customers in limbo indefinitely. What should have been a simple return/refund has turned into weeks of frustration with my money still tied up. The quality of their products doesn't justify this level of poor service and seemingly disorganized operations. Save yourself the headache - shop elsewhere. There are plenty of sustainable fashion brands that actually respect their customers and maintain reliable service standards. Will not be purchasing from them again.

Material is good but pocket is small if sitting or cross sitting everything will fall . no zip no back pockets why . . !

Apparemment de bonne qualité, à voir dans les prochaines semaines, mais le problème c’est les tailles, normalement je fais un M et heureusement j’ai pris du L , dans vos commentaires vous dites qu’il faut prendre sa taille habituelle, ce qui n’est absolument pas le cas. Du coup j’hésite à vouloir commander d’autres articles étant donné que le retour est payant.
