Shipping was faster than I anticipated and overall I had a great experience! I think the online experience could be better in some ways. For some couches there were separate listings for which side the chaise is on instead of just being able to plug and play everything on just one listing. Overall though, I had a good experience. Wasn't much to it. I purchased the couch online and received it in the mail. I would say all in all my experience with Coleman furniture has been good. I am missing a cushion but that is currently being remedied by the delivery people who left me feeling that the cushion will be delivered rather quickly. I would definitely buy from Coleman furniture in the future!
