I love, love, LOVE this couch! This is my first couch and I have to say it was worth the wait and my money. The color is true to the picture, it’s super soft and luxurious. The pillows that come with it are made with feathers, making them form easily in any space. This is a game changer especially when lounging. The only reason I am giving a 4 (really a 4.5) is because my couch chaise came with the cushion insert not evenly distributed and haven’t figured out a way to make it even. Therefore when I sit in a spot that’s not filled in all the way, the cushion looks low after a long period of sitting. Also, shipping and delivery were fast, possibly due to living in a major city. I ordered on a Saturday evening, it shipped out on the upcoming Tuesday and was delivered that Saturday morning. The delivery guys were really nice and didn’t damage the couch or my walls when installing. Overall love this couch and has been a conversational starter when first-time guests arrive.

The person who took my order was very nice and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions, and I probably had a bunch of them. I had some angst while I waited for my delivery, but it turned out fantastic. I would have liked more emails or texts to show the progress of my order. It did arrive in the time frame they told me. The guys who delivered it and set it up were professional and treated my new furniture and my home with care. Now I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.
