Bad online shopping ever, you stole my money and didn’t send the product or the money back, very disappointing service!!!!!

My wife order and pay for tow oils and received only one and , the contract them on the instagram and spoke with them and said will send you the other one sorry for the mistake and never received and now didn’t answer and have take the money never use

Very disappointed online shopping, I ordered 2 cocosolis oil 56 £ and you sent me only one, I try to call you but your number here in uk doesn’t work, I wrote 2 emails no one answered, I wrote in instagram page and you said that you gona send the product but you didn’t send, after you said that gona refund me but nothing yet no one answered. Really very disappointed. You stole my money! Bad service ever!!!!
