Great customer care! I had an issue w my order that was fully user error and they responded so quickly & offered an effective solution to fix it.

I use the other products and absolutely love them! The floss and the threaders surpass normal dental floss… My dental cleanings have gone from twice a year to once a year. I love and will continue to purchase a soft bristled heads for my electric toothbrush holder. The toothpaste was good, but not worth the higher cost in my opinion.
