I made a mistake on my first order and asked to return and exchange for another style that I had originally intended to order. The second jacket arrived and I noticed a small discoloration in the 40th Anniversary A-2 jacket. I contacted Cockpit USA and asked to have a replacement and they immediately said OK. I returned the jacket and a third jacket arrived quickly and is perfect! That is what I call GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I highly recomend Cockpit USA to anyone buying an A-2 jacket. My 40th Anniversary Jacket is FANTASTIC. My military buddies so freaking jealous!

Great so far. Bought my wife Christmas jacket in October. Today she opened it up and it dosent fit. Luckily I spoke to someone after I bought it and they assured me if my fears came to realize, I would be able to exchange it by the 26th. I'll be seeing them tomorrow.
