The first lapel speaker mic I purchased didn’t work. I call Cobra customer service with a very short wait time, the agent was very helpful and sent out a new one. The new device works fine, my experience with Cobra customer service was great and the best part was that I talked to someone in the US that I was able to understand. Thank you for keeping your customer service in the US.

Great products and service by Cobra. Had to replace the adhesive attachment recently after replacing a windshield. Parts availability and prompt shipping was great along with good pricing.

The adapter appeared to be redundant. I sent 2 mails to Cobra forninstruction to return the adapter. They even did not answer! Nasty service.

I discovered a short in my mic that came with my Cobra LTD 29 Night Watch. I have had the radio for 1 year and 11 months. Turns out the microphone has a 2 warranty. Cobra had me a new micro in less than 2 days, amazing service and great products.

After making a purchase on Cobra. com I will never use or recommend another Cobra product.

Works great field tested on fishing trip and it does float.

Their dry smart app installed on the cobra does not work with my Apple 15 Pro tech-support as yet to figure out their app and one of their texts also said they are having problems with it. Also don’t buy it thinking you will use it in other cars as it comes with a stick on windshield mount so you’re stuck keeping it in one car unless you want to spend additional money for more windshield mounts and cords.
