Please repair my RAD 700i’s speaker

Greetings. My name is Rolando. I bought the Cobra RAD device but the package was not received on Oct 7. I believed the package was sent to a wrong address or apartment unit. They have a system that induces to an error and then there is no way to communicate.

Shipping was quick but the mounts have a short life before needing to be replaced.

Working with the technical support over the phone respolved the issue and Cobra immediately sent a new part which resolved the issue 100%. I got the new part in just a few days and the dashcam works perfectly now. Thanks Cobra!

Great products, great customer service

We are an environmental remediation company and tested these radios when we were in the field at large Sites or when we had two crews working at the same time. The audio was loud enough to hear after over light construction sounds and the alert light made it easy to see there was an incoming message when heavy construction equipment was running and associates were using hearing protection. These radios are rugged and easy to wipe clean. They were simple to use and worked well.
