We bought this based on seeing it in action on vacation with my brother in Europe. He used his for at least 5 years and loves it. We were very impressed using our Cobb for the first few times. It is so easy to set up and get cooking. The fact that you can use lump charcoal, briquettes, or their Cobblestones is a big plus. We started with the Cobblestones, which worked fantastic. Very clean burning and no mess after. And the additional accessories available are a plus. The cooking area was more generous than I originally thought. We were able to stir fry with the wok (lid), then switch to a grill plate to cook more. Cleanup was not that bad. We followed the instructions for best cleaning practices and went very quickly. And putting it all back together for storing in the bag was easy after doing it a couple times. The versatility of this grill is extremely useful, especially when taking on a campervan where space is limited. We used it in windy conditions and did not affect the cooking. Being able to pick up the grill while cooking was a big help. I can see this grill lasting us along time. We actually look forward to cooking on it more and will use at home on the patio as well.

This grill is amazing and keeps getting better every time I buy a new accessory that I cant imagine I lived without prior. I ordered a new griddle and was shocked how fast it got here. Just in time for the weekend.

This grill meets our grilling needs nicely in one fairly compact, manageable kit. Very happy I made the purchase and chose the kitchen set. Have yet to try all the cooking surfaces/modes, and rotisserie, but am sure to like them each. Thank You, Cobb!

I have four Cobb grills so I'd say that speaks for itself.

(This review is only for the Cobb Premier Grill) What can't you cook with this device? Other then it's size (great for a couple but not a family), there is so much you can do with this outdoor cooking system. I recommend the kitchen in a box and the rotisserie accessory if you really want to get cooking. If you love to cook outdoors and live in a condo or apartment, it is very safe and convenient. 10 to 12 charcoal briquetts will get the party started. A second premier unit gives you even more options. Great for gourmet camping or a day at the beach. It can grill, roast, fry, rotisserie, smoke, steam, baking and BBQ. The latter having the least dramatic results. It can make pizza too but it is to small to be considered one of it's best features. There are a lot of accessories you can search out that I have found, to give you even more options. Especially with the rotisserie. I have found most gadgets that fit in a small rotisserie oven work with the Cobb that increase the volume if food you can cook. I have a found a 10 kabob unit and a grilling cages both flat (for fish) and round (for chicken and vegetables). I have cooked up to 25 party wings in it! There is also a USB rotisserie motor for it. Next to my Weber kettle grill, this device is one of the best investments in outdoor cooking. Some suggestions: Don't be tempted to use more charcoal then recommended. The dome handle can't handle it (pun intended). You will need to add a few more briquettes for longer cooks, approximately every 45 minutes depending on the weather. Tips: For easy clean up don't use sugary sauces or olive oil. Use Sam's Club Member's Mark Commercial Oven, Grill and Fryer Cleaner.

Have only ordered cook book…very impressed with the overall quality….haven’t ordered grill yet….but if the same holds true of grill am sure I’ll be a happy camper….stay tuned…😎
