The Service was amazing , I ordered the wrong size so ordered the 5 litre and sent the 2. 5 back which I hadn’t even taken out of the box. As far as the delivery was concerned that was fine with DPD next day . The return was a bit of a headache . I had to return to a yodel drop off which the nearest is 10 miles away in any direction, although I have a couple of towns nearby and a post office, which would have been more convenient. When taking it to Yodel drop off the assistant put the label on top of the original address label which was great but then proceeded to tip it up side down (even though the arrows on the box said THIS WAY UP) I said maybe keep it upright to be told the delivery driver would throw it in the van not looking for arrows ! So maybe a review on return companies is needed. I have also not received my refund as yet which was returned over 10 days ago , although I realise it has been Easter . I will chase up after the weekend .

We ordered some samples at first which we found really useful when selecting our colours, the great thing about these is that you can stick them on your wall to get a better idea how it will look, and they're actually the paint samples not a representation, these also arrived promptly. Once we had chosen our colours we ordered online, this was easy and straightforward, and always great to get a discount off our first order. Now we're just waiting for our decorator to come and do the room, looking forward to seeing the end result.
