Great service. Easy to order. I had been struggling for some time and really fed up of purchasing sample pots. I swear they never matched the shade chart. Having the sticky sample sheets was so easy to try in various places and the paint we purchased was true to the sample sheets I am very impressed.

Excellent Paint and Customer Service My overall experience with COAT has been extremely positive. I first used their paint in my kitchen and was really pleased with the quality, finish and how well the finished colour scheme matched what I had envisioned. That experience gave me the confidence to purchase from them again for other rooms in my home. On one of my more recent orders, there was an issue during delivery which resulted in a damaged paint tin. I contacted COAT and was very impressed with how quickly they responded and resolved the problem. A replacement was arranged and sent out promptly, making what could have been a frustrating experience very straightforward. I’ve since made another two purchases and already have plans for further decorating projects using COAT products. I’ve also used some of their preparation products, including their sugar soap, and have been pleased with these too. For me, COAT combines high-quality paint and a great choice of colours with genuinely good customer service. Based on my experience so far, I’d happily continue buying from them and would recommend them to others.
