I think the mark of a good company is demonstrated by how you are treated when things don’t go to plan. I ordered some paint and received the wrong colour, plus the tin was damaged in transit. Almost immediately I received a replacement and a partial refund. The new paint was with me the next morning. You can’t beat that for customer service. The paint is also high quality and goes on very well with good coverage.
