I like your product. DO NOT ship to Hawaii via UPS unless a rush order is requested. Their rates are way too high. Use USPS PLEASE!!!! I am very unhappy with the overall cost of this last order due to the huge shipping costs. Also note almost all address out here are PO boxes but they will deliver large packages at out post offices. please offer this option on shipping.

Love your mugs but my last shipment 4 out of 12 were broken. They need better padding at the bottom and packaging to prevent breakage. Thank you.
