Products are amazing. Purchased Oakmoss & Cedarwood Reed Diffuser and Paradise Island Reed Diffuser. The smell around my house is beautiful. Family members have commented on them. These will be Christmas presents now. Two weeks in and the smell gets better and not weaker. I’ll never buy from any other store now and waste my money on products that don’t even last a week. I've been shopping with Clyde Candles since I discovered them last year whilst searching for Christmas Gifts, and they've since become a staple in my home. I buy to the monthly Botanical Wax Melts subscription, and I've also bought Reed Diffusers, Candles, Soaps and Bath Salts; each and every product has been richly scented with expertly curated pleasing and long-lasting aromas, and with the Clyde Candles rewards programme I've saved money through generous bonus points that I offset against an order for an amazing discount. The Wax Melts monthly subscription has also given me the opportunity to save any scents that weren't to my taste (and there weren't many) to gift to my friend in one of the wax melts gift boxes, for her to try them too. The only time I've needed to contact Customer Service was to enquire about a new scented wax melt that was gifted alongside one of the monthly wax melts subscription boxes as I wanted to buy more, and I received a reply promptly, politely, and with an expected release date, so I was very happy. I honestly couldn't recommend this company more, and I'm really glad I found them.
