The expected delivery date was not met by about two weeks because the package was stuck in New Jersey for some reason. The products arrived too late for the intended event but they were quality products I would have loved to use and I was refunded. Customer service was responsive and for that reason I would use them again but with more time allotted.

Everything was received quickly and in great conditions exactly as advertised.

The socks are not the right colors. I emailed the seller and told him this. He didn't respond at all.

I ordered L/XL and received Small. I sent an email. Explaining situation on the 7th August 25 and haven’t heard back yet. Besides the size, they are exactly what I was looking for. I’m willing to sent hats back at my expense. Just would like proper size hats please. Thank you Stewart Morse

I still don't have the product. Items were supposed to have been delivered yesterday.

The luggage is thoughtfully designed and easy to store. Each member of our family has their own bag—even our boys under 10 can manage them with ease. We especially love that they’re expandable and come with organizers, which help keep everything neat and in place during our family vacations.

I ordered 4 hats and one of them was the wrong size. And there no way on the website to exchange or return
