I bought 2 of your umbrellas to test out the quality. Truth be told, I actually only need the umbrella mechanism itself, because I have a crochet business and am looking to make some parasols up for sale in my shop. I originally was looking to just buy the inner parts for them, but couldn't find an option that was affordable and made in the US. I found one place that did, but it was out of the UK and shipping costs were way to much. I also always look to buy from US based companies as well first if feasible. Anyways, I am so pleased with how nice your umbrellas are. I was looking for a curved wooden handle, wooden top and on the ends of the spokes, and you guys delivered. I am going to be removing the fabric portion and replacing it with a crocheted version. I'm wondering if in the interest of not creating so much waste, would your company consider selling just the inner parts? If so I would be interested for sure. Regardless, your umbrellas appear to be great quality for a reasonable price. After I make up the 2 I am working on, I most definitely will be back to purchase more. Your shipping was super quick too, which is awesome!

The expected delivery date was not met by about two weeks because the package was stuck in New Jersey for some reason. The products arrived too late for the intended event but they were quality products I would have loved to use and I was refunded. Customer service was responsive and for that reason I would use them again but with more time allotted.
