I still don't have the product. Items were supposed to have been delivered yesterday.

The luggage is thoughtfully designed and easy to store. Each member of our family has their own bag—even our boys under 10 can manage them with ease. We especially love that they’re expandable and come with organizers, which help keep everything neat and in place during our family vacations.

I ordered 4 hats and one of them was the wrong size. And there no way on the website to exchange or return

I have purchased 2 pairs of shoes in the last 2 weeks. I paid for 3 day express for the first pair, and it took 6 days to receive them , not including weekend days. I ordered a second pair this past Friday morning, and paid for 1 day express. Those shoes have still yet to come. When I sent an email in regards to issues asking for reimbursement of my express delivery fee/ fee’s, they responded to the email, but never even spoke on or addressed my request. So it’s been a very poor experience thus far.
