Ordering was easy. Shipping took forever. Though to be fair, I placed my order Christmas Eve and it arrived Jan 17. I understand that holidays are nuts and delays are to be expected. I did reach out to customer service to check on the status and received a prompt response and because of the wait they offered a discount on a future order, which I thought was very nice. And when my order arrived, it contained a free gift which I was super excited to try. Overall, customer service was great and I'm sure shipping is much more expedient when they aren't swamped with holiday orders.

Never shipped. I ordered on 12/28/2024 - as of 1/12/2025 I have been sent a notification that a shipping label was created after submitting the initial order but nothing has been sent. I sent an email to support asking about it and have yet to hear back (3 days later. . . ). I really wanted to try this product, especially for my teenagers.

I hope this begins to improve my acne. I like how it feels and smells. It does seem to affect how my foundation stays put though. Also not 100% sure what the order of use is as there were no directions. Googled it, though, and I think I’m using it correctly.

I'm super excited about the coverage from the liquid foundation and the moisture provided by the lip shine.
