Love the products but they took forever to get here.

Love this company and truly stand behind the value in these products

My first order was great, no issues. But my last order took a really long time to ship, which I normally don't care about but I had paid to have it shipped faster. I'm guessing it was just an issue with supply, I know the H2Glow serum is really popular and as a small business you can only make so much at a time. But an update (via email) would've been helpful and reassuring. Otherwise I really love the products and will just plan to order further in advance.

Easy ordering, arrives timely, and doesn't use a huge amount of unnecessary packaging.

Very pleased with the juicy skin trio set! I’ve been using for 1 week and my skin is very soft and supple with no irritation! I like that it absorbs well and doesn’t leave my skin feeling greasy or oily. I’m always nervous about using any oil base products or serums bc I have acne prone skin but my skin has adapted well and seems very happy! Thanks Clove + Hallow for making a great product!

Shipping took a couple of weeks so order in advance. It is good to know this make up is a healthier option. Price is reasonable.

Love the products!!! I ordered the Skin is in Serum Foundation and Glow Stick Illuminator, and both of them are amazing-- they are super easy to use and look great!! My only very minor complaint is that my order took awhile to arrive-- I needed it by a certain date, and it just barely came in time even though I ordered it several weeks in advance. I ordered something from a different company at the same time I placed my Clover order, and the other package arrived before my Clover order had even been processed. It's not too big a deal, and I understand that things take a bit longer since it's a smaller company, just make sure to allow plenty of time if you need your order by a certain date. Other than that, I love this company and am obsessed with my products! <3

I love the product for sure. The only thing that could be better is shipping. It felt like it took months to receive but it was actually about 2 weeks. My orders from other brands usually arrive fairly quickly. Other than that everything is great

The products are great and really effective. The only reason this isn’t a 5 star review is that the time between placing and order and receiving it seems too long. I placed my order 12/29 and it didn’t arrive until 1/17.

Love the products and ordering from here, but the shipping is super slow. Not sure if it's my location, but I would order more if the shipping was faster. Otherwise these have been super great for my extremely sensitive skin and eyes.
