I'm confused. I just filled out a reivew on the last page? Anyways, ya'll gotta fix your pump cap tops. Mine came broken on multiple occasions and customer service tried hard to send me new ones but both of those were broken too and the last one never showed up.

I’ve experience great customer service! One of my items looked a little damaged upon arrival and they were quick to send me a free replacement! I also didn’t like the lipstick color I purchased so they sent me the color I requested instead and they sent it to me for free without having to return the first lipstick. I value the convenience of not having to send something back when I’m not satisfied. Saves me the headache of going to the post office!

This line has changed my aging skin, and given me a smooth, even texture and balanced out any redness. The shipping is a little slow; however, some items are batch-made, so it makes sense. The customer service has been fantastic, and I love supporting a small business!

My first order was great, no issues. But my last order took a really long time to ship, which I normally don't care about but I had paid to have it shipped faster. I'm guessing it was just an issue with supply, I know the H2Glow serum is really popular and as a small business you can only make so much at a time. But an update (via email) would've been helpful and reassuring. Otherwise I really love the products and will just plan to order further in advance.

Very pleased with the juicy skin trio set! I’ve been using for 1 week and my skin is very soft and supple with no irritation! I like that it absorbs well and doesn’t leave my skin feeling greasy or oily. I’m always nervous about using any oil base products or serums bc I have acne prone skin but my skin has adapted well and seems very happy! Thanks Clove + Hallow for making a great product!

Shipping took a couple of weeks so order in advance. It is good to know this make up is a healthier option. Price is reasonable.
