I wish the items came sooner than after a week

Delivery took more than i expected.

I keep submitting requests to be notified when the standard size clear vinyl travelers journal will be available again. I have gotten at least 3 emails now saying its available but everytime I click on it, its still unavailable. Frustrating.

Beyond great. Almost instant affirmative response to all my requests. Plus a few words of empathy, a welcome surprise. At 77, I find that doing business online becomes more complicated by ftbe hour! Thank you for the gracious response. It feeks human in the best sense, even if it’s AI behind the friiendky face.

I throughly enjoy the carefully curated professional stationery pieces from your montly subscription boxes. I have been a subscriber for a little over two years and I have always waited in anticipation for each kit. I feel like a kid at Christmas each time a box is received. There is alwasy a surprise element in each box that I enjoy. In addition, your team provides 5-star customer service/ support which is just as important as delivering high-quality products. The customer service/support is bar none head and shoulders above any subscription service I subscribe to (and I subscribe to quite a few)! Fan for life!

Cloth & Paper makes some of the most versatile insert layouts I’ve found, making it much easier to keep myself on-track as part of a neurodivergent household. The blog and YouTube videos are SO helpful (love the ADHD planner tips!), and the community leaves detailed reviews with amazing real life uses. One of the only things I would love to see (that is probably a real pain from a BOH perspective) is *scheduled* reordering! I budget monthly for my partner’s sake, and I find that I run out of one insert or another at least twice a year since I no longer build my planners annually. If that was integrated into a stand-alone app I would be in auto shipment bliss!!!
