I have already emailed u picture evidence I hope you are well. I am writing regarding a recent order of hair extensions I purchased from you. I have been a loyal customer for some time and have always been very happy with the quality of your products, which is why I was surprised to encounter an issue with this batch. After fitting the extensions into my client’s hair, we noticed a distinct orange streak running through several of the pieces. Upon inspection, it was clear that this discoloration was present straight out of the packet and not caused during application. As a professional, this has put me in a difficult position. I will now need to remove and replace the extensions at my own expense, which results in both lost time and income, as well as inconvenience to my client. Given that this appears to be a manufacturing fault, I would appreciate it if you could arrange a replacement set of extensions as soon as possible. I believe this is a fair resolution considering the circumstances. I have attached photos for your reference. I look forward to your prompt response and hope we can resolve this matter quickly. The hair quality of good and feels lovely, it’s the colour that lets it down! It is supposed to be lightest brown/blonde yet when the extensions are all clipped in they appear very pink so I’m unable to use them

Bad quality hair and charge too much for trade price alone never mind full price

I ordered both the colour rings and it’s such great quality and makes colour matches so easy with the wide samples

After purchasing the hair that was suppose to be real human hair instead turned out to be more synthetic hair. I contacted clip hair trade by WhatsApp and was ignored although 10 minutes after I contact them they had no problems sending me their latest hair offers. I then contacted them directly through their website and again was ignored. I tried emailing and again was ignored, so I contacted my bank to get a refund.

Overall very happy but the nano tips are very short on this product and it made it difficult to attach to the hair
