It's really only two minor gripes- the online app is a bit confusing but we figured it out. Saying the online portal is a bit particular and refuses to work sometimes may be more accurate but we finally figured it out. So no harm. The second is, you offer non-profit discounts and we would have loved to take advantage of that however our EIN number was not enough, nor was the registered agent ID. We were sent to go through the whole USPS non-profit dance - during the holidays we didn't have a "President" or "Secretary" available in our designated business unit to go in to the USPS location. Therefore, USPS wanted us to send a notarized third party. It was a whole thing. We are going to follow through on it as it is just good practice to have. However, one would think think, or would hope that, all the other verifications of our non-profit status would have been enough for some sort of discount from click2mail as they offer them.

The interface was a bit clunky, but it definitely did the job at a reasonable price. Overall I'm happy.

Having the ability day-by-day to track who's received the certified mailer is a great tool. However, it took the P. O. over a week to deliver half the certified mailers. Since they were mailed from Flint, MI it took over 3 days to reach Lubbock, TX distribution site.
