While the service is, on the whole, excellent, some tweaks to the UI are important. It would be good if: -The ability to add a "send to" address without having to create a mailing list (This is most relevant when sending out to only one or two addressees. ) -Making EITHER the "last name" and "first name" OR the "company name" required, but not both -Automatic Zip Code look-up

I'd just created a mailer announcing that my art work was hanging in a local venue, only to have the venue email me and tell me they were closing. The Click2Mail customer service team was able to stop the mailer before it went out, and I received a refund on my order. This is excellent customer service, as it shows what the team can do when things to go as planned.

Postcards were significantly late

For some reason the order was cancelled and then reinstated a day later. This was time sensitive mail. Won't use this company again.

The preview of the card shows blurry when adding png content. I spent a long time trying to make it better. But then when the proof came it wasn't blurry. I wish I could have seen a preview that was as clear as the proof and many hours would have been saved.
