When I called Coy was excellent at helping me get what I wanted even telling me it was on sale and was in my size. I received a kilt which was not even close in my size and I called to speak with Coy but the young lady said he was busy and that was that would I like some extenders to make it fit. I was very disappointed, basically after speaking with Coy I was sure it would be right. I received another kilt next day it fit and it was the one Coy sent his name was on it and he had sent Flashed also. The girl had filled order also but really didn’t check sizes and then should have told Coy I called. It all worked out thanks to Coy.

The case was as described, arrived faster than expected.

Ordered on June 7th, didn’t receive until September 24th. I emailed on July 7th, then again in September, finally received a package tracking number on September 22nd. It shouldn’t have taken over 3 months to receive kilt hose tops & a kilt pin.
