I received no acknowledgement or confirmation of my July 15 order. I followed up with an email query on July 26, and still no response. It took a second email on August 1 to finally get a reply (August 4), and confirmation that the order had been shipped on July 25. As customer service goes, this was a great example in how not to attract repeat business. . .
