Shopping by brand does not allow you to shop for the National brand. Also, when I came back to re-order, because the site recognized my email, it said I had to sign in (but I had checked out as a guest with the first purchse) or create a new account, but would not allow me to create a new account because my email was already in the system, and, of course, trying to use “Sign in” did not work because I had no email. Clicking on “forgot email” did not work. I finally went around it by using Paypal, but it was a very annoying glitch that made me delay my order by 2 weeks.

Shipping was a bit long

Placed an order on Jan 31. The shipping label was just created yesterday on February 9, meaning the package hasn’t even left the facility or been received by USPS. The order processing center is in Brooklyn NY, and it will take about 7-10 daysin transit before arriving in Texas. 3 to 4 weeks for domestic order processing and shipping on in stock items is ridiculous! As a comparison, I placed an order for three pairs of shoes from another domesticcompany on Friday, February 6. They arrived at their destination on Sunday, February 8.

I am in Australia and I have had no order communication since this request for review. I even submitted an enquiry. There was no initial order confirmation even. The product is so amazing though that it is worth the wait and expense.

Your website was easy to shop with. I've bought your underwear before and found it to be of great quality and comfort. I guess I wear what's called "granny panties" so I appreciate the choices and colors you have.
