We ordered a Boston Marketplace ornament, and received a New York Thanksgiving Parade ornament. Thankfully, when I called, I was connected with a lovely gentleman who personally retrieved and shipped the correct one. But for his actions, City Souvenirs would have gotten (1) Star. He was very kind and I appreciated the extra steps he took to make our order correct.
