I advised Circa that on opening my Oceanique candle seemed to have separate layers. I sent a photo and within hours they had offered to replace the candle and advised when it was on its way. The speed and efficacy of the response was simply terrific and not what is typical in the online retail world. Definitely 5 stars for a sterling response.
