Last month I was told I’d qualify next order for Loyalty point$25 When I was about to place order your male customer service personnel stated I lost points three days ago and maybe next order after this one would work I told him I’ve been buying every month a good customer and I wasn’t buying it He said to hold on and ask his superior. He then came back and said she refuse three days ago points that dropped. Your tracking on points sucks I’ve only had one email notice of loyalty points pending most time can’t find location for such. I told him he can tell his higher up that she just blew $359 , I order my product from cigars international. I’m finished with you your loyalty act is a fraud and I’ve told my golfing buddies as such I’ll do business else where
