The box of 8 packs of 5 backwoods were completely what I expected. Although I'm finding more and more of some packs with broken cigars, even from a unopened box. That can only mean the makers or packagers are breaking them. Disappointing.

There’s a huge selection on cigars to choose from. Definitely have to do a little research and sampling if you don’t know much about cigars. But website is great, and I’ve never had an issue with service. The packaging comes simple with the slowest delivery arriving within 4 days. Some cigars are a little pricey so I try to wait for sales or promo codes but overall everything is great.

Disappointed in state of the cigars. Were they even in a humidor prior to shipping?

I put my order in on Thursday with a rush order the next day that I paid a lot for but the order didn’t get to me until the following Monday. What a waste of money shipping it faster.
