Came fast

Cigars. com has a great selection of cigars at great prices. They deliver on time!

Excellent delivery as usual. Very nice cigars

I have not received my order which has been paid for in full. I kept tracking it and getting the message that the address is incomplete. I tried to contact customer service, to no avail. I finally gave up and marked it as a bad experience.

Thx

I have no problem getting the cigars in a timely manner and I’m really happy with the service and your staff!

Package way too oversized for 5 cigars in a little baggy. Box filled with air bags, in a box in a bigger box. Doesn't fit inside a mailbox, required pickup at the post office which was very inconvenient.

Excellent experience

Good service

Cigars. bam! Quality, all the brands, great prices

Really enjoy the samplers

You all held up your part of the deal. Great fresh cigars at a fair price. Selection is also phenomenal.

The cigars I ordered were great and well kept. However, the cigars I received for my club membership were mostly on the drier side.

10/10

Shipped on time, in great condition.

Good cigars. Good service. I’ll be back for more.
