First timer ordering as I couldn't find bolivar anywhere else. I am very happily surprised. Excellent packaging with free cigar cutter, boveda pack, all nicely wrapped into a montecristo box with a welcome personal note handwritten. Will definitely order again!

Ordered Monday and got my parcel within 72 hours....Amazing!!! Contacted Joe after placing my order as I was going away on Friday....didn't get the man himself but the lady I spoke with could not have done more to help. My order not only got here quick (they had to have sent it express post to get it to me so quick ...and did not charge me for that) it came in a real wooden cigar box, perfectly packed, with a Boveda humidification pouch and a hand-written note stuck to it too. Great products, outstanding service - bloody awesome!!
