I can not comment on the cigars as they have been purchased as a gift (Hopefully the recipient will share one with me one day ). What I can comment on is the service, I called on a Saturday and left a message, an hour later I received a call back much to my surprise. I explained that I wanted to give as a gift and was advised that I would be best to buy a humidifier as well for the sugars to be stored for transport. The lovely lady kept an eye out for my order and gift wrapped it for me and made sure that it went out first thing on Monday. One of my concerns was that I wouldn't receive the gift in time. I was advised to pay the extra $4 and have it shipped by express mail. Parcel arrived today, nicely rapped and in time for the party. Thank you for your great communication and service.
