Browsing at cigar. com is straight forward experience. I like their daily specials which keeps me engaged on a daily basis. The Elite club needs some work, though. One of their selling points is that you get your own account manager when you reach platinum level. What this really means is that you get emails from someone that is in line with a daily special. You don't get to interact with them. I tried. I've had personal service in the past which is great. They learn your flavor profile and keep you in the loop on deals and new products. Some cigars can only be purchased by the box. I would like to be able to purchase singles to see if I like them first. On a final note, shipping is quick. Cigars come quickly which is very much appreciated.
