My order wasn’t delivered to my house and they sent another. That was nice and I only had one touch point. I luckily placed my order with about a week of food to spare (unusual for me, I typically wait til the last minute!) and it ended up arriving just in time. As for the food, they discontinued Roosevelt but I ordered the Nutrisource beef and grains and my four pups seem to love it.

The only place we shop for our dogs! Knowledgeable, friendly staff and high quality products. Love the bonus program too.

I just started shopping at Chuck and Don's and am happy with the selection and pricing (the 10% discount for online orders is a nice thing!) and the staff are nice/helpful. I just switched to supplementing my pup's food with some raw products and my older pup (she's 7) has shown legit improvements. She is more energetic, is licking her coat way less, her eyes are sparkling and plays with our 2 year old pup a lot more. She used to go outside and want to come back in within 5 minutes. Now she is hanging out in the yard for longer times.
