When we used to order our dog food from Chewy they were out of stock many times. Chuck & Don’s has never let us down. The food arrives very quickly and it is packaged in 2 different boxes (we buy two 40 pound bags with each delivery) so that I can pick up the box easily. They have great competitive pricing as well. .

The staff at Chuck and Don's are so friendly and helpful! They always go the extra mile and been a wonderful resource for our family with a new puppy. They helped us figure out why she was having itching/allergies. The store associate explained that chicken/poultry is a common trigger, so we switched to raw beef kibbles and our puppy has done great and has no more itching. You can tell the staff at Chuck and Don's cares about pets and loves what they do!

Ordered and paid online, stopped in later and picked up my order! Store is always clean and the staff are always friendly and helpful!

Always excellent customer service. The employees make an extra effort to ensure i find everything okay or have any questions. Chuck and Dons will also take returns on my kibble if we are not completely satisfied. They know their dog food!!

I thought the wording on the site about the dog food I was looking at (Nutrisource) that it was on sale was misleading.

This was our first order with Chuck and Don's and I was very impressed with how fast the order was received. We normally use Chewy for pet supplies we can't find locally, but we now have a new favorite online pet store.
