I ordered a bag 16 days ago and and to date have not received the article and cannot communicate with anyone despite sending 3 follow up emails. I am not investigating the company - very unhappy :(

I wanted to wait a bit before reviewing this item and see how it would feel after half a year – no regrets at all. I bought this one when I quarantined 6 months ago in a Brisbane hotel and I used it everyday, and I'm now still using it everyday. It's soft, comfortable and sustainably crafted. I wanted something of good quality that lasted, and until now it delivered great value to my yoga practice. I used it a lot in hot yoga sessions, so it soaked up A LOT of sweat. I threw it in the wash many times, and it has not shown any signs of wear and tear. I'm very happy with it considering that it's my first yoga mat :) Thanks!!
